芡实薏米汤

芡实薏米糖祛湿止带

这一次的一期一方药将介绍一道甜汤(这里俗称糖水):芡实薏米汤

芡实薏米汤主要适合长期便不成型,自觉浮肿,头身沉重感的人群,特别是白带分泌物偏多的女性。
从中医体质角度分析,上述症状是因为体内湿气偏重,水液代谢欠佳所致。

这道甜汤的主要用料为芡实和薏苡仁。它们个别的功效具体如下:
芡实:补脾祛湿,益肾固精。 它通过健脾祛湿,可有效地帮助大便成形。而且它具有补肾和收涩下体分泌物的作用,这点有别于薏苡仁,所以在临床上,它常常作为减少女性白带分泌的主要用药之一。

薏苡仁:利湿健脾,清热排脓。薏苡仁可以通过利小便的方式帮助身体祛湿,但不伤脾胃,从而达到消除身体水肿的效果。而且对于有身体有炎症,发热排脓的患者,它也有清热排脓的功效。

芡实薏米汤的做法如下:
薏米和芡实洗净。将薏米、芡实放入锅子内加入清水煮滚后关小火熬煮半小时分钟。最后再加入红糖调味即成。
关于薏苡仁的种类,建议可使用炒薏米,炒薏苡仁补益消化功效的作用较为明显。
不喜甜饮的,可不加红糖,又或是将上述主料加上白米,做成粥品。

这道饮品适合各种体质的人饮用,血糖高者可将红糖减去。
