猪肝绿豆粥

猪肝绿豆粥看似无采用中草药,但它确实拥有一定的保健调养功效。

这道食补主要适合身体气血不足,易疲累,平时进食不多但自觉身体易水肿的人群食用。

从营养学角度来看,猪肝含有丰富的铁质和磷,是身体造血不可或缺的原料,故是理想的补血食品。而它还还有大量的维生素A,对于眼睛具有良好的保养效果。而绿豆富含维生素B,它是绿豆解暑特性的一个重要组成部分,能弥补出汗时的营养损失。米作为亚洲人的主食是提供日常身体热能的主要来源。

从中医学的兴味来看

猪肝:养血补肝。是补益气血的良好食材。

绿豆:清热解毒,利水消肿。可以消除热气且利尿排出身体湿气。

米:健脾养胃。将米和绿豆配搭,在利水祛湿的同时,既可避免过凉且不伤胃。

猪肝绿豆粥的具体做法:

将猪肝切碎洗干净备用,绿豆浸泡过夜。将米和绿豆一起放进水里熬煮成粥,最后加入猪肝碎和姜丝,煮滚10分钟就可食用。

注意:猪肉可能有寄生虫,食用前确保猪肝必须煮熟。
