Traditional Chinese medicine (tcm) pulse diagnosis is one of the four major assessments in tcm consultation. Through pulse palpation at three locations, i.e. cun, guan and chi, on both wrists, general health condition of a person and a particular organ can be fully recognized. The heart, liver, and kidneys are assessed at the left cun, guan, and chi, respectively, while the lungs, spleen, and kidneys are assessed at the right cun, guan, and chi, respectively. Pulse condition can be described in more than 30 types, commonly as public know are slow, rapid, strong, soft, intermittent, weak and etc.
