人人适合吃大量水果?

    现代医学对于人的健康饮食认知里其中一项最为普遍的就是:多摄取水果蔬菜。故很多追求健康饮食的人都会在每日饮食上进行调整,特别是将水果的食用量明显提高,而且市面上也可见多种饮品店迎合健康推崇潮流而推出各式各类的水果特调饮料。但不难发现,有部分人群出现食用大量水果后,发现精神反而转差易疲劳,食欲减退等情况。而也有部分患者就诊中医后对于要求忌口或减少水果摄取的医嘱感到困惑,因为这有别于西医推崇的高纤维素饮食。

那么这是为什么?是否所有人都适合吃大量的水果?

    在中医理论里,对于人体的辨证里有一种证型为脾胃虚寒,水湿不化。白话通俗而言,该证型可理解为:人体的消化系统“热能”不足,以致于无法处理大量水液和食物,导致体内出现大量“无用”的水液或代谢垃圾。其中这类型的人群可表现为:面色多偏白或带黄,常常觉得身体困重,四肢浮肿感明显,每日排便多为稀烂或一日多次,或便秘但便粘不畅感,稍进食多则腹胀不适,特别是进食水果或冷食后最为明显,进食热汤或用暖水袋覆肚觉得舒服等。

    而除了个别水果如桃,荔枝,榴莲等偏热性,大部分的水果为凉性食品,其中含有的水分远胜于大部分蔬菜,将加重脾胃虚寒,水湿更甚。故脾胃虚寒者因为自觉消化不良改多食水果后,反而感觉情况变本加厉。

    在此建议转为大量水果饮食形式后的人群若出现不适,宜停止该类饮食方式,平时可稍喝点热姜茶饮缓解情况,且就诊中医师协助改善体质。也恳请求医期间要遵循中医师的医嘱
